Special assembly to commemorate the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki" - 6th August 2007
The Heritage Club of MSVV organised a special assembly to commemorate the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The tragic day was remembered as an ocassion to pledge against war. The highlight of the assembly were the powerpoint presentation and the song. An oath was taken by students and teachers to forge bonds of peace.
Digital Music Competition - 31st July 2007
Tagor International School had organised a Digital Music Competition in which MSVV

Creative Writing Competition

2 students participated in creative writing competition held at Carmel Convent. The students were from class 8th and were accompanied by Ms.G.Dhasmana
Intel - Iris Science and Technology Fair - 10th July 2007
The Resource Centre has organized a workshop for the Senior School Participants of Intel - Iris Science and Technology Fair by Dr. Amitabh Tripathi (IIT Prof.) and Mr. Piyush, Intel Resource Co-ordinator on July 19, 2007 at resource centre. The Fair is to be held in the month of December 2007. There was interaction between the students and the Professor about the guidelines and procedure for selection of the research based project for the fair.
Online Quiz Contest - 10th July 2007
The TRC had organised an online Quiz Contest during the summer break. Prizes to the winners of the same were given in three categories - viz -
- Junior
- middle
- senior
The Principal, Mrs. G.Malhotra, gave away the prizes to the winners.
Vinod Dixit Project - 9th May 2007
Three themes have been selected for the Vinod Dixit Project. Mr. Kashyap introduced the students working on the same. The themes are:
1. Old Age
2. Smart Bandage
3. Generating Electricity from waste.
Cultural and Literacy Festival - 25th April 2007
Students participated in Cultural and Literacy Festival organized by National Science Centre and Vimhans on 25th April, 2007. Samridhi Kukreja, Geetika and Ramsi won 1st Prize in Graffiti. Surabhi Chadha, Sanchit Wahi, Sana Nair, Abhimanyu Rana and Vidur Kataria of class XII participated in one act play and the school won 4th Prize. Pragaya Mahendru, Pooja Matta and Keshav Mahendru of class X and Aditi Gupta of class XII participated in On the Sopt Painting Competition. Bonita Singh of class XII participated in Extempore speech. Maureen Sharma, Aditi and Chhavi Gupta of class XII participated in Adolescent Quiz.
OPEN HOUSE - 21st april 2007
A group of 32 students from class XII accompanied by Ms. Anuradha Mathur and A.Choudhary visited IIT Delhi and attended the "OPEN HOUSE". It was an intellectually enlightening experience for them.
The Green Brigade - 18th April, 2007
Ramanujam Society of Born Mathematicians - 17th April, 2007
The prize distribution function of Ramanujam Society of Born Mathematicians was held in the school auditorium. The shield for class XII was won by Vivekanand School, Anand Vihar.
Ishaani Khazanchi of class XII, Modern School Vasant Vihar, bagged the 9th position in the RSBM Exam and mde her school proud.
Students, parents and teachers from the participating schools were also present on the occasion. Mrs. Glody Malhotra, Principal, gave away the certificates and prizes to the winners.
