UK Exchange Programme - 21th January 2008

The UKIERI Exchange program entails exchange of education related ideas and projects between schools of U.K. and India. For this a team of 10 teachers from public schools of U.K. had visited their counterparts in India from 18.1.08 – 25.1.08. They visited MSVV on 21.1.08 and had an interesting exchange if ideas and projects with teachers and students. They were shown the new library, TRC and other activity centers. A small cultural programme, followed by lunch, was hosted in their honour.

Japan Student-Teacher Exchange Program - 2nd to 5th August 2007

Under the aegis of the Exchange Program with Kwansci Gakuin Junior High School 19 Students and 2 teachers from Japan arrived in MSVV.
A special assembly in the school auditorium was organised to welcome the Japanese friends
on 3.8.07. It included song rendition and introductory speeches. The Japanese Students wowed MSVV with their National Song.

Indo-Pak Student Exchange Programme -3rd to 11th of April, 2007

A delegation of 17 students accompanied by 3 teachers from Lahore Grammar School, Pakistan visited Delhi from 3rd to 11th of April, 2007 as a part of the Indo-pak Student Exchange Programme. They were hosted by class 9th – 12th students of Modern School Vasant Vihar. Their itenary consisted of a visit to Agra to experience the magic and beauty of the Taj combined with that, a visit to Fatehpur Sikri definitely let our guests spellbound. Their 3 day stay in Delhi was marked by special events organized by the school. The numerous special assemblies, the play ‘Kyun’ performed by the Pakistani students and the Sufi song sung by Ms. Mehjabeen, were truly enjoyed by all helped strengthen the cultural ties between the 2 countries. The Pakistani Student Representatives were Mr. Omair Rana, Ms. Mina Mallik and Ms. Mehjabeen Mumtaz Khan.

Singapore Student-Teacher Exchange Program - 23rd March 2007

Eighteen Students and two teachers went to Singapore from 23rd - 30th March. They stayed with students and teachers of Crescent High School, St. Joseph School, Victoria.
